Sheet Wall Panels
Sheet wall panels come in large size therefore these are a great solution for finishing large size walls. A typical size if 4 to 8 feet with a thickness of 1/8 to 1/2 inches. The surface of these panels is multilayer with the imitation of architectural and organic textures. The installation is performed using glue and seams are hidden by moldings. The top of the surface of these panels is resin impregnated paper.
Natural Wood Wall Panels
Due to environmental friendliness, it is ideal for housings. These are mostly made of oak, cedar, maple or alder wood. The wood should be seasoned and a wax coat should be applied to repel moisture and dirt.
Particle Board Panels
Particleboards are largely used in the cabinet industry. These panels are manufactured by hot pressing of chips and sawdust. It is less stronger than wood. These panels are available in a large variety of colors and textures. These panels are made in various types. Certain qualities can be added to these panels to make it fire and moisture resistant. These panels are not recommended for rooms with a high probability of direct hit water.
MDF & Wood Veneer Panels.
Based on MDF boards by using dry pressing at high temperature and pressure. The wood releases lignin during heating which serves as a binding element. This material can withstand sufficient load and it is highly heat and moisture resistant. This material also has sound insulation qualities. It is durable, versatile and has great qualities for custom based designs.
