We at The Kitchens Group value the privacy of our users. Indicated in this Privacy Policy are our tools and methods on how we gather, retain, and use information from our valued users whenever they visit and explore various features found on our website.

Your warranty is as per manufacturer of the product purchased. The warranty is with the manufacturer and their policy is on each of their websites and brands you buy. You report the information and they will review and decide. We try our best to get everything in a timely manner but delays of trades, projects, and/or any supply chain issue could take longer than expected or split timelines of orders could arise. Manufacturers only relay an ETA, not specifics. This is beyond the The Kitchens Group’s control and out of their scope. We will do our best request, but it is still dependent on the manufacturers and the delivery service’s timeline.
Except as provided herein, The Kitchens Group makes no express warranties and any implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability or habitability and those otherwise available under Texas or federal laws are specifically excluded under this warranty. The Kitchens Group shall have no liability or responsibility to the customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by use or performance of the product or arising out of any breach of any product they resell or the any manufactures warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages resulting from inconvenience, loss of time, property, income, or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages; even if The Kitchens Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages. No manufacturer product as we don’t make it no wood or paint or stain is the liability of The Kitchens Group. We do not do any installation.
II. Purchase
Additional charges billed by third parties such as the manufacturer and delivery service, due to last minute changes such as change of address, will be charged to the client. The manufacturer and delivery service company can, however, change their lead time at any given moment and this is beyond the control of The Kitchens Group. The Kitchens Group only receives the pricing, quotes, and estimates from third parties such as the manufacturer and delivery service, and we will update the customer immediately as soon as we are notified. The Kitchens Group is not responsible for any third party as this is out of the company’s scope and control such as acts of God, mishandling, damages, installation, and/or accidents.
III. Disclaimer
The Kitchens Group confirms the address that the client relays, and it is the client’s responsibility to provide such information in a timely manner. The Kitchens Group is also not responsible for any fees incurred on the client’s project. In the event that lack of communication or sudden withdrawal from our services cause damages, clients are held responsible and will be charged with a corresponding fee. In addition, available vendor policies will be noted and stated prior to client purchase.
We have the right to suspend or terminate the contract and refuse any and all current or future utilization of our products and/or services, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the contract will result in the forfeiture and relinquishment of all agreements made between you and The Kitchens Group. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Client agrees and acknowledges that during the existence of this contract, client shall be entirely responsible for the liability and payment as agreed upon on the contract. Client agrees to comply with Texas laws applicable to any such persons.
IV. Delivery Service
The Kitchens Group is not responsible for third-party delivery service providers, and should not be responsible for any damages incurred under the said service providers’ handling. Customers will be held responsible for the inspection and reporting of concealed damages, and will be given 15 days to inspect upon receiving the product/s.
V. Consent
By using our Service, you agree to this policy and the provisions stated herein. Any form of utility of our Service shall be considered as your consent to our collection, retention, disclosure, transfer, and analysis of your data.
